The Community Foundation (HB) is a registered non-profit charitable organisation. It has tax-exempt status.

There are no political, religious or cultural affiliations. No directors’ fees are paid; the trustees provide their time and expertise free of charge.

Each of the trustees is required to be a donor.

The Community Foundation (HB) has minimal overheads and works with both public and private providers to achieve results.
