1. Groups that do not hold current IRD approval of their charitable status
2. Endowments
3. Individual pursuits
4. Debt reduction campaigns
5. Political parties or candidates
6. Religious organisations (e.g. non social service activities)
7. Private schools
8. Competitive sports teams
9. Sporting groups unless they are associated with a school and are open to the public
10. Goodwill advertising
11. Advocacy of special-interest groups
12. Service clubs
13. Fundraising activities
14. Ticket purchase of fundraising activities
15. Field trips and tours
16. Membership subscriptions
